Consuming protein in a healthy balanced diet is the optimum way to build muscles, and a plant-based protein powder can be part of that diet, however there are no “quick fixes” for building muscles.
CAN PLANT-BASED PROTEIN POWDER CAUSE BLOATING?
As with any food, there is a chance plant-based protein powder can cause bloating. A common cause of bloating with traditional whey protein powders is lactose. Our plant based protein powders are lactose free.
HOW IS PLANT-BASED PROTEIN POWDER MADE?
Typically grains, legumes or seeds are used to make plant-based protein powders. They are made by removing most of the fat and carbohydrates while isolating the protein components. Common vegan protein powders are made with pea, hemp, and brown rice.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HEMP AND CBD OILS?
Hemp oil is a term used for any oil extracted from the hemp plant. This could be a hemp seed oil, or an oil containing hemp extract and therefore CBD. CBD oils must contain the molecule CBD to be considered a CBD oil. Therefore, purchasing a CBD oil should ensure the presence of CBD. Purchasing a hemp oil does not guarantee the presence of CBD.
